Hi, this is Rachel and on Thursday I got to go to Writers Fest. I wrote a story called "Permecavill"
and turned it into my English Teacher. She liked it and chose me to go to the Fest!
I had so much fun, some of my friends went too and my mom came for most of it. I went to three different stations. 
The first one was my reading round, at that station I read my story to a group of kids and listened to their story's too.

Next, I went and listened to the Author, Obert Sky, he rote the Leven Thumps series. He was a really good speaker and told us the four secrets of Foo, that's where his books take place, the secrets are HAVE COURAGE, THINK BIG, BE GREAT, and WATCH CAREFULLY.
Last I got to listen to a group of boys from Cache Valley. They are brothers and can all play different instruments. The youngest brother was eight and played the drums really good, Kort was 12, he and Bradon, who is 16, sang and played lots of instruments. They were really good and let us come on stage and dance.
I had a lot of fun, it was a great day!
