For Spring Break, we took a little vacation to Salt Lake. We went to Trafalga in Lehi. We had to wait in line for about an hour to get our passes, but after that we had a great time. Jenn, Brandon, and Jennah joined us for the fun.
I think the funnest thing for everyone was watching Jennah and Casen enjoying themselves.
The Frog Hopper was fun to watch. Kyle embarrassed his sisters because he screamed and made a scene, but Casen thought he was so funny. This next picture is my favorite!
Then Casen got on the Frog Hopper and thoroughly enjoyed it.
While the other kids did Lazer Tag, Trevor wanted to climb the rock wall. I was impressed with how quickly he climbed up. He only went about halfway up, and then he liked repelling down best. He went up and down about three times. When he finished, we went to find Casen in the Kid area. Jenn and Jennah had been watching and had not seen him for a while, so Trevor went up to find him. I guess Casen had been stuck for a while, because Trevor found him crying, and then helped him find his way down. He was a little traumatized:(
But then the Airplane ride opened up, so Trevor, Hannah, and Casen wanted to go on that ride. Actually, by the time they were ready to start the ride Casen was trying to climb out, so he did not actually get to ride on it while it was going. But it least he made it in the picture.
Lazer tag was the favorite activity for the older kids, but we did not get a picture of that. Here they are waiting to get their gear on. Garrick said our family is not very good at combat. I think I'm OK with that.
After Trafalga Jenn invited us to dinner at her house with the cousins. Rob and Kelsie and girls and Stephanie and her kids all met at Jenn's. It is always fun to play with the cousins! PLUS we got to meet baby Sara! Then we stayed the night at Jenn and Brandon's new house and we should have just stayed there for the day, because I think that was the highlight of the trip!
Instead we did some shopping at Target and the new City Creek Mall. Then we went to the Children's Museum at Temple Square. All in all it was a fun family trip. Special thanks to Jenn and Brandon for their hospitality. Now we can't wait for at least one trip to Seven Peaks this summer!
